Crème caramel

Creme caramel is a Western dessert, however, it’s a well-known and well-loved dish in Vietnam. Traditionally, Che Lien kitchen cooks this dish from egg, milk, and sugar; but with an interesting twist, we serve it together with coconut milk and burned coffee-sugar. This enhances the taste of the pudding itself and creates the uniqueness of our dessert. Crème caramel is well-loved by children and even aldults.
